Using this website

Using this website means you accept the terms below. If you don’t accept them, please stop using the site.

Scope of service

Tow Pro SD is a referral line. When you call, we match you with an independent, licensed tow operator from our network. We don’t tow, store, impound, or repair vehicles, and we don’t hold a motor carrier permit. Everything on this site is for information only. Price ranges and recommendations describe general conditions when they were written, and they can change. The operator sets the price for your job, so the number that operator quotes you is the one that counts. Nothing here forms a contract or guarantees a particular price or result.

Service agreements

The independent operator sent to your location does the towing and roadside work. Before that work starts, the operator gives you a separate written service order. That order, and not this site, spells out the quoted rate, the destination, the payment methods accepted, and the terms for the job. You contract with the operator, and you pay the operator directly.

Intellectual property

Unless we note otherwise, everything on this site belongs to Tow Pro SD, including the written copy, images, and branding. You’re welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote short passages with credit. Please ask permission before copying whole articles, images, or branded materials.

Third-party links

Some links here lead to outside sites, like state agencies, automakers, and motor clubs. We don’t run those sites or answer for what’s on them.

Limitation of liability

This site’s information comes as-is, with no warranty. We refer the work and don’t do it, and we don’t warrant the work of operators in our network. When a signed service order covers the job, liability follows the terms of that order between you and the operator who did the work. If you try any DIY advice from the blog, use your own judgment and stop if something feels unsafe.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change from time to time. When changes are material, the "Last updated" date above will show it. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
