What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to book service.

Recorded calls

We record calls to our dispatch line. Before the line connects, a recording notice plays. California requires every party’s consent to a recording, so if you stay on the line after hearing the notice, that counts as your consent. Don’t want to be recorded? Hang up and send us a message through the contact form.

How we use it

Your information lets us answer your request, hand the job to a tow operator in our network, and follow up about it if needed. We don’t sell your contact details. We only share them when completing the service requires it, meaning the independent tow operator or roadside partner headed to your location gets what they need to find you and handle the job.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 helps us see which pages are useful to visitors. It only loads once you click Accept on the cookie banner. Before that, we set no analytics cookies and send nothing to Google.

Once you accept, Google Analytics places cookies in your browser, among them _ga and _ga_<id>. They help separate repeat visits from new ones and show how people use the site. The cookies stay for up to two years. Google handles this data for us. Because we turned on Google Consent Mode, analytics remains off until you opt in. We don’t use the data to identify you personally, and we don’t sell it.

Your privacy rights in California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents can ask what personal information we collect, view or delete it, correct it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We don’t sell your personal information, and analytics only runs when you consent.

There are three ways to opt out of analytics: click Decline on the cookie banner, select the Your privacy choices link in the footer to bring the banner back and withdraw your consent whenever you like, or turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we count it as a decline right away and analytics never loads.
